PRIVATE PAY

Initial Intake

$180 | 60 minutes

​

Follow Up Sessions

For established clients following the initial intake, I want sessions to feel useful, focused, and meaningful. Some sessions naturally need the full hour, while others may reach a comfortable stopping point earlier. I do not believe in extending a session when the work for that day feels complete. Fees are based on the actual length of the session:​​​

Up to 20 minutes | $75

21 to 40 minutes | $150

41-60 minutes | $180

ADDITIONAL PROFESSSIONAL SERVICES

​

Case consultation, care coordination, case management, letter, report writing, disability forms are billed at $50 per 15 minutes.

MEDICAL INSURANCE

The following insurance providers are accepted:

Premera Blue Cross

Cigna-Evernorth

Optum-United Behavioral Health​​

 

PPO plans with out of network benefits are accepted. A superbill can be provided for submission to your insurance company for possible reimbursement. Reimbursement varies by plan and is not guaranteed. 

Coverage Verification Process

Prior to services beginning, I will contact your insurance company with your member information to confirm coverage, co-pay, and/or your deductible. I will provide you the insurance fees thereafter for you to determine if you would like to proceed with scheduling.

PAYMENT POLICY​

​​

​​Payment is due following each session on the day services are provided. ​HSA and FSA payments are accepted.
